Comfort food: knitted meals to whet your crafting appetite
Cardigan is a quirky knitting collective based in Brighton, UK. I discovered them at the Brighton Festival, and can honestly say their knitted English breakfast is good enough to eat: those fried eggs got my mouth watering, and the mushrooms are perfect. Yummy yarn!
So I had a look for a few patterns (or should that be recipes?) for knitted fodder, and have come up with some tasty treats: this all-American piece o' cherry pie could trick anyone into taking a bite, while this chocolate bar (with wrapper) would make a simple but fun project for a beginner. Bon appetit.
