Geek Craft: Nintendo Papercraft - Zelda and friends get a paper makeover
For this week's Geek Craft column, I've decided to feature some more awesome nerdy paper crafts that I have found. For the past couple of weeks, I have featured some Nintendo character paper crafts that you can print out on your computer and construct yourself, as well as amazing 3D paper crafts. This week, I found a whole collection of more complex papercrafts that will take a little longer to make, but have impressive results! At Ninjatoes' Papercraft Webpage, he has a large collection of papercraft models from Advance Wars, Samurai Pizza Cats, Legend of Zelda, Tomb Raider, and Star Trek. He also has a papercraft model of the Batmobile and the Nintendo Light Zapper Gun for the NES. He has made all of his designs available to print out and build from his site.
If you create one of Ninjatoes' Paper Crafts from his site, be sure to send the images of your finished creations so you can appear in the site's Hall of Fame!
Another papercraft from one of my favourite series of games: Katamari! Even though the directions are in Japanese, you should be able to figure it out without the instructions. You are able to create your own Katamari Prince.
