This incredible... structure, for lack of a better word, is a computer case that has been refurbished, or modded, to look like it belongs in the world of Doom 3, a popular first-person shooter computer game. Paul Capello, the creator of this tribute to terror (it's a scary game!), has posted more photos in thebestcasescenario.com's forums.
As someone who has done case mods before, on a far simpler level, this totally blows my geeky mind. As a crafter and artist who sometimes struggles with realism, this totally blows my mind. My iBook is still a clean and lovely white, but looking at this makes me want to change that.
