Bento madness by Sakurako Kitsa

1207632743_f1663d1608.jpgA while ago I mentioned the growing trend of crafting Bento boxes, and on this week's Craftzine they have a link to one of the most amazing Bento 'designers' I've ever seen! Sakurako Kitsa gives new meaning to the phrase 'the art of the Bento'. Her boxes would be more at home in an art gallery than a Japanese restaurant! She uses all manner of delicious ingredients to create fabulous images and 'models' of all sorts of things - from a tranquil picture of some Canada Geese (as shown here) to a recreation of a Starbucks Green Tea Frappucino! Her Flickr set is a wonder to behold and the best thing is when you hover your mouse over the images it tells you what each bit is made from.

Disclaimer - don't click on the link if you're peckish!
