New issue of MagKnits is online now
The September issue of MagKnits, the online knitting magazine, is up now. This month's edition gives us six patterns: two sweaters, a shawl, socks, a bag, and a child's skirt. I like the look of the Byzantine Strawberry Bag, an intermediate level pattern by Diana Troldahl, for a small bag made of recycled sari silk combined with metallic embroidery thread. Another interesting pattern this month is Lucy Brown, a close-fitting short-sleeved sweater embellished with knitted roses.
All the MagKnits patterns are free and available for people's personal use. You can browse the archives to find many different patterns that can be sorted by type or level of difficulty.
