Sarah Cihat's 'Rehabilitated Dishware'

Sarah Cihat's plates are awesome, prints of translucent deers, cassette tapes and butterflies transform ordinary secondhand plates that you'd pass over at a car boot sale into something altogether more loveable. It's almost magical when you see the 'before' plate, all ugly and '80s (not in a nice way) and then transformed in an object of beauty.
