Geek Craft: Isabelle's 'Blog that!' badge

When Catwalk Queen Deputy Ed Isabelle came in sporting this fabulously appropriate brooch, I had no choice but to take its advice, so here it is in all its glory.

The 'blog that' brooch was made specially for Isabelle by her crafty friend Giselle as a birthday gift and is a true labour of love; as she made the brooch "instead of going to a party". The PC theme is a simple one to cut out of felt, and the keyboard detail was achieved through couched threads. The green embroidered lettering gives it a great retro touch. Giselle comments: "I had lots of fun making it, and even more fun giving it to Isabelle and saying 'blog that' in a computer voice".

I was the loser that chose to make that badge instead of going to a house party of drunken carnage! I had lots of fun making it, and even more fun giving it to Isabelle and saying "blog that" in a computer voice.
