Make your own 'catwalk copycat' PVC necklace

The fabulous Miss Motley claims you'll save yourself £200 with this straight-off-the-catwalk PVC necklace, which is amazingly easy to make. The PVC she's used came from a pair of old trousers from her 'goth era' and who hasn't had one of those? ;-)
