Valentines Food Craft: Bleeding heart cupcakes

Whether you're looking forward to spending valentine's with a parnter or just want the whole darn thing to go away, you won't want to turn down one of these delicious 'anatomical' heart cupcakes, with a gory strawberry jam centre...

All you'll need to make these lovable creations is your usual cake-making equipment, with the addition of some specially placed tinfoil (or marbles!) to get the heart shape just right. The 'vein' effect is made with red and blue food colouring. The full recipe with decorating instructions is here.
