Stuff your granny wouldn't crochet: boobs and dinks from cottage dreams

Believe it or not, there is a serious message behind these crocheted 'boobs and dinks': they're intended as a training device in the early detection of cancers.
Cancer recovery centre Cottage Dreams came up with the idea, which teaches the handler to look for abnomalities by fondling the plushy-genitals, then comparing them with their own corresponding body parts. Now, I can see how you might think that this might lead to disaster ('my breast doesn't have this sort of stitching!') but they are gorgeous little items in their own right, and each one comes with some very useful literature on how to perform monthly self-examinations of your most intimate parts.
