Craft that looks good enough to eat is all well and good, but you've got to admit it's even better when you can actually devour the fruit of your labours.
There seem to be a lot of really inventive recipes doing the rounds for ice lollies at the moment, and I've just spotted a recipe for these fun 'watermelon popsicles'. The key to their success is the mini chocolate chips embedded in the lolly -- these act as sweet watermelon seeds.
