Geek & Food craft: 1Up Mushroom Veggie Burger
Vegetarian or not, any 80s kid will definitely appreciate this amusing burger. The instructions are over on Instructables. The poster, momo!, even made the patty from mushrooms and describes the flavour as "similar to okonomiyaki". Mmmm....
However feel free to use any patty your taste buds desire. Only watch the fat content or you really could grow bigger ala Super Mario!
