How to: Crochet a victorian-style collar in an evening
I would love to crochet this pretty collar in white and pin it around the neck of a simple black dress. The Ongoing Project claims that the collar is a lot easier to make than it looks and anyone with basic crocheting skills can complete it in an evening. Go here for the pattern and instructions.
