The geniuses over at Instructables never cease to amaze me. A heartbeat after the release of the Prince Caspian movie, KaptinScarlet posts this amazing tute on crafting the sword out of baking foil, wires, and toothbrushes! (I kid you not).
And best of all, it looks realistic and solid - but probably won't chop off a limb if your kids swing it around, and think how a pair would look crossed over your mantelpiece.
