Who doesn't love a bright, pretty twirly skirt? Somehow they make you feel prettier, happier, and like a little girl again. When I have one on I catch myself twirling and grinning when no one's looking (and sometimes, even when they are).
This rather lengthy tute is nonetheless easy as pie, and hey more details are a good thing right? Also the cut looks slightly more flattering than the traditional twirly circle skirt (which I love).
