Next Friday (12th Sep) is a very special day for all the 'hookers' out there: it's International Crochet Day! In other words, time to get your work seen in public, wax lyrical about the joys of this fabulous craft and pass on your skills to the uninitiated.
Here at Shiny Towers we'll be marking the occasion with a crochet lesson from our resident expert, Katie. Speaking as someone who's never got past first base with crochet and is hugely frustrated at trying to learn by YouTube tutorial, I am particularly looking forward to this. I will, of course, blog the happy event. Even if I fail embarrassingly.
