Top pick from the Flickr pool this week has got to be this robust-looking cactus pin cushion by Gadget girl NZ. She's achieved the difficult goal of making the cactus sturdy and soft at the same time, and I bet it looks great when covered from head to root in pins! The 'flowers' at the end of the cactus' branches have been crocheted, and it's clear that a lot of work has gone into making this little fella.
