FOOD CRAFT: dreaming of a fried Christmas

My mother always insists that the best Christmas she ever spent was the one where she ignored the festivities, locked herself in with a few DVDs and made egg on toast for dinner. I'm still not sure I believe her, but if I were ever to find myself in that predicament I'd like to think that the eggs could at least be festive. And making festive eggs is really very easy, as all you need to is take a cake-cutter to them while they're in the pan, as Flickr member Mr Moore has done here! A great idea for Christmas breakfast.
