Fatewineroses on Craftster has made some gloriously geeky Christmas ornaments, including this one which to any child of the '80s will be instantly recognisable as a festive Etch-a-Sketch. This is great inspiration for anyone who's ever wanted to render an everyday object in fabric, but isn't too hot at knitting or crochet - felt softies are a great, quick way to make amazing 3D ornaments and toys that anyone with a needle can get the hang of.
