A few years ago, the very thought of making your blog a birthday cake would have seemed as absurd as throwing a party for your toaster, but nowadays a website is an entirely appropriate recipient for baked goods.
Momtaz from The Craft Cafe decided to celebrate her site's first birthday with a this fantastic edible creation, which is made from liquorice shoelaces knitted using the same method as the infamous edible thong and rainbow drops with marzipan knitting needles.
