Crafters are continuing to go crazy for Neil Gaiman's 'Coraline'; eponymous star of the visually arresting stop-motion film that's currently charming moviegoers in the states and has yet to reach our screens here in the UK. The blue-haired heroine is seen her as a doll, made by crafty Livejournaller Rosemary Travale with a bit of help from her friend Mike.
The pair hadn't made a doll before, but with Rose sewing and Mike sculpting they managed to work it out, and I think the result is just adorable. The eyes are made from giant buttons, the hair is blue yarn, and despite their perfect appearance, every bit of Coraline and her outfit is handmade - including those fabulous wellie-boots!
