I still take a certain childish glee in discovering techniques that are so much easier to get right than they look, and this is a good example: the 'petals' on these eye-popping flower embellishments are pre-made pom-poms (the sort you can buy at the craft store for next to nothing) arranged in the right way to give a felted, floral effect and finished with a well place twist of yarn. Genius! Trust Hannah to come up with an idea like that...
