I have never had a pet rock, but suddenly I have the biggest urge to make a rock baby, or maybe a whole rock family! This is such a cute, sweet and kind of simple idea, yet is something I would never have thought of doing. Now I have the urge to go to a beach, scour for the best stones and rocks and to cover them in little crochet clothes, paint faces on them and give them to my nearest and dearest as little presents. In fact, after reading resurrection fern's blog, I have a new-found love for stones and rocks. I am especially loving The Stone Diaries although everything on her blog is just adorable.
