Laptops are fragile little things (trust me, I've broken them) and now they're getting smaller, it's all too easy to knock them about as they sit in your handbag. So I can certainly see the appeal of making one of these snugly-fitting cases, which are put together using light but protective cardboard scrap.
I'd love to decorate one of these using sick-gems and all sort of colourful bits and bobs, but the 'natural' look is very stylish, too. It was designed by British designer Giles Miller, but if you like the idea you can make one too. [Via MakeZine]
