Let experts turn your old junk into art

worthless-exhibition.jpgIf you're half the hoarder of junk that I am, you'll be excited to hear about a event coming up in London's Seven Dials next week. From the 22nd to the 29th of May, arts organisation Pollocks will be hosting a live art installation where they'll turn your old rubbish into works of art!

Read on for details

Held at 37 Endell Street, this exhibition intends to explore the notion that another man's junk is another man's treasure, and is accordingly titled 'Worthless'. The artists will take your donation and transform it into something cool, like this avocado leaf.
Even better, if you then decide you'd quite like your made over item back, you'll get the chance to buy it, with all proceeds going to Pollocks, and of course, the artists who are taking part.

An exhibition of all the re-creations will be open from the 1st to the 5th June, and several items will be auctioned on behalf of the MS Society.
