I'm planning on staying put in London this weekend and while I'm used to looking further afield for exotic cocktail recipes, thought I'd check out what's available right here on my doorstep. I'd been anticipating horrific combinations involving beer, but instead found out about this delicious drink featuring that other drink synonymous with London: GIN! Here's what (else) you'll need:
♥ 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
♥ 1/2 orange
♥ 1/2 lemon
♥ 2 ounces Scotch
♥ Dash of orgeat syrup
♥ Dash of simple syrup
♥ 1 sprig mint, for garnish
