It's great to stumble on a great new Etsy designer and find out she's British, so I was well chuffed to see that bridalwear designer Lizzie Jayne, who's just set up shop over on Etsy hails from these very shores.
She's channeling the '50s in her current range of gowns, which offer fantastic value for money if you're an offbeat bride looking for a top quality dress. Prices range from £390 to around £620 depending on whether you choose to go for simple silk dupion or full-on duchesse satin, and you even get to pick the colour, both of the frock itself and that epic sash.
