How to: Make a fab fabric apple appliqué
We're still celebrating all things Autumnal and harvest-related here at Crafty Crafty, and this juicy-looking apple-iqué piece caught my eye earlier today as a great seasonal project.
It's by Wee Folk Art, and the pattern allows you to make your apple as tiny or gigantic as you wish. The easy-to-follow pattern can be found here and I think this would look too cute sewn on to a child's pair of jeans or plush toy. But if you're lucky enough to have a real crop of apples in the garden, you might want to go one better and turn them into a delicious dessert: check out the Beeb's 'proper apple pie' recipe for the best sort.
