It's almost here! And in a nice twist of fate, the big spooky day falls on a Saturday this year, so even if you're not attending or throwing a Halloween party, you can still have your own spooky night in, complete with a themed menu. What better way to get in the mood than to create some seasonal cocktails?

Black Cat
Most halloween cocktails taste as gruesome as they look, but this one's actually pretty yummy if you like your dark fruits and cola. And it'll bring you good luck, too!
Ingredients
* 1 oz vodka
* 1 oz cherry brandy
* cranberry juice
* cola
Preparation:
1. Pour the vodka and brandy into a highball glass filled with ice.
2. Fill the glass with equal amounts of cranberry juice and cola.
Ghostbuster
With a heady blend of 'spirits', this cocktail is bound to leave your guests looking pale...
Ingredients
* 1 oz. peach schnapps
* 1 oz. melon liqueur
* 3-5 drops Irish cream liqueur
Method
Pour the peach schnapps and the melon liqueur into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Slowly add the Irish cream drop by drop into the middle of the drink.
Pumpkin Margarita
What better use for all that spare pumpkin flesh than an unusual intoxicating and drink?
Ingredients
2 oz. Tequila
1 ½ oz. Pumpkin pulp
½ oz. Triple Sec
2 cups ice
method
Blend all together until smooth, pour into a 16 ounce (pint) glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
