I've seen some pretty gruesome halloween costumes in my time and with the advances of modern technology, they seem to be getting gorier and more realistic each year. But we're all so immune to 'horror' these days that if you really want to provoke fright, you have to go for something a bit more sinister than that.
I think Craftster's TravTrav succeeds pretty well with his Grumpy Bear costume: there's nothing quite as scary as a grown man dressed up as a children's TV character. If you want to replicate the costume, full instructions are here!
