A normal person sees a spoon, dips it in their dull-as-dishwater normal person dinner, and casts it aside. A crafty person, on the other hand, sees potential for a million quirky accessories, then goes about finding a way to create them.
That's what Craftster member Jean did, using a nifty cutting tool called a Dremel to make the cut-out sections in the spoons. She's posted a free tutorial here, where you can see how she made all sorts of other lovely things. Just watch those fingers!
