The wonder of a knitted shed

shed.jpgSheds. They're just fascinating. Full of spiders, lawn mowers, garden implements you used once and never picked up again, fire extinguishers (which surely should be in the house where the fires are), barbeque coal, and many jars of nails. Fascinating on the inside, not so pretty on the inside. Right? Wrong.

No longer will you have to worry about that unsightly tiny wooden house at the end of your garden if you take inspiration from the folks at Shed Blog who have unearthed this wonder of a woolly shed.

According to the blog of all things shed-flavoured the knitted shed took 250 people aged 5 to 95 to create it. It even comes with knitted grass around it and some knitted tools to put inside it.

With sheds like that we might want to think about turning sheds into our new crafty studios...

  • If the house is on fire, you'll be glad you kept a fire extinguisher in the shed. :)
