Everyone seems to be drinking ginger beer at the moment as retro drinks become the new trend. So it's about time we turned our tastebuds back to the days of the Famous Five and made our own.
Over at Meet Me at Mike's they spent three weeks perfecting the finest of homemade ginger beers, and as always they're happy to share.
The recipe, which has taken its sweet time coming together as the perfect recipe was sought, makes 55 cups of the sweet stuff and takes three weeks from start to fizzy finish.
Add a little alcohol to make things more festive or just drink it 'beach style' fresh from the bottle. Yum.
