The overwhelming tragedy that has happened and is still happening in Japan makes all of us look for something we can do, however small. Cakes for Japan is a way that those with baking wizardry can help.
Cakes for Japan is a "pop-up sushi-inspired cake shop raising funds for the Red Cross following the devastating events in Japan." Bakers are encouraged to make a sushi-inspired cake and donate it to the pop-up shop in their area.
