There are some crafters that it's hard to find words to describe due to the overwhelming magnificence of their work. Dutch-born Theo Jansen is one of those people and his Strandbeest is likely to leave you speechless too.

What's wonderful is that Jansen has created a mini Strandbeest you can make yourself which anyone can buy. It's like buying the kit to make yourself a sorcerer's apprentice. I managed to get my paws on one before they sold out, but he promises they'll be back soon. You can't have mine.
