Lego is an adaptable beast, as I've written about here many many times (I heart Lego craft) but I'm not sure I've seen Lego do spooky quite like it does in the hands of Mike Doyle.
Mike's collection of Abandoned Houses made from Lego stand proudly as examples of Victorian steampunky Halloween-flavoured bits of brick-built genius. I can image this is the kind of thing HP Lovecraft or Edgar Allan Poe would have made as a child.
The pieces (there are currently three in total) take about 600 hours to build and are all Lego. There is no other materials in there at all and no Lego bricks were modified either.
You can see some of the 'making of' if you're wondering how it's done. If you're ultra impressed you can also get your paws on art prints of the fabulous plastic pieces.
The whole tale is also over at MOC Pages, the home of Lego love worldwide.
