How to: revamp your shoes with DIY shoe clips

Comfy shoes are all very well but they're often ever so dull. Sigh. What to do? A simple way to give your shoes some crafty chic is to make your own shoe clips, and they're ever so easy to create.

Hop over to the Skunkboy blog for a DIY Shoe Clips tutorial with a cutesy twist from Skunkboy blogger Katie (who also sews the most 'full of squee' plush animals ever).

All you need is needle, thread, felt and simple clip-on earring backing (which you can grab from most craft shops, get your paws on online or upcycle from an old charity shop pair).

Now you can have comfy and cool feet, and that warm fuzzy feeling of making what you wear your own. Excellent upcycling for your feet.
