In just over a week the Queen will be drifting down The Thames, along with 9,999 other boats to commemorate 60 years of reign. There will be thousands and thousands of people on the streets, all wanting to view the procession and get into the party spirit.
So how do you get creative with the Jubilee? It's simple! This weekend there's a little pre-jubilee street party going on and no matter where you are in the world, you can attend.
Best of all, this party is free and its crafty! The folks over at The Making Spot are hosting a virtual Jubilee Street Party thats open to everyone.
Throughout the day they promise to inspire and educate with a selection of their favourite bloggers and crafters all contributing to the 'party' as well as some freebies up for grabs.
So, if you are wanting to get ready for the Jubilee, but not sure how. Are itching to pick up some scissors and make but don't know where to start, head on over to The Making Spot's blog on Saturday 26th May and join in the festivities.
