Imagine how much yarn you could fit in the TARDIS. Yes, mixing Dr Who and knitting just seems to make sense. So much so that woolly website Knitty have released a Dr Who knitting pattern into the great unknown. Ladies, gents and aliens: the Bigger on the Inside TARDIS shawl.
The shawl, designed by Knitty's Tech Editor Kate Atherley, is "a sophisticated, grown-up take on the Doctor Who scarf" and is really rather marvellous. Knit here in yummy Lorna's Laces Solemate yarn it's a subtle little knit for those who want to show their love for all things Who in subtle stitched style.
