Monstermaker extraordinaire Felt Mistress has a show in London until June 23rd - read all about why "Hey! Who's This Guy?" should be your number one summer art destination.
I love the felty, mod-tastic monsters made by the Felt Mistress, aka Louise Evans - enough that she was my first choice as interviewee when I alighted here at Crafty Crafty. That's a lot of love!
So imagine my mixed emotions when I discovered that this talented lady is having her first London gallery show - and I'm a continent away!
At Nobrow until June 23rd, "Hey! Who's This Guy?" features Louise's trademark so-Mod-it-hurts felt creations.
The creatures in this show are rockin' collaborations with top UK illustrator Jonathan Edwards. Some of the creatures will be sporting eyewear from ace British spectacles firm Kirk Originals (full disclosure - I used to work in their London shop!)
While you're at Nobrow you can also read loads of ace comics - this gallery is actually the public face of one of the UK's most interesting new publishers. I love all of their books, but Jack Teagle's Jeff Job Hunter is one I'd particularly recommend.

Read my interview with the Felt Mistress here - and go see her show!
