Made from a simple circle skirt sewing pattern, it involves only 4 pieces which when stitched together create the cape, a perfect accessory for a little girl's wedding outfit.
You could also make it up for a red riding hood costume by adding a little hood.
Project Run and Play is along the same lines of the TV show Project Runway. Each week a selection of designers create and post a tutorial for children's clothes online. Then, a panel of celebrity judges mark the tutorial out of 10 and the losing designer 'goes home'.
